Andy Howells - Managing Director

I started as a local locksmith and glazier as a sole trader back in 2004 with just myself, one van and the essential skills required in the trade. Soon after I had my own successful lock and key cutting shop based in Cwmbran Town Centre, serving businesses, schools and the local area.

In 2014 I founded Reactive Property Maintenance recruiting 16 professional and qualified tradesmen with the goal of providing the best property improvement and maintenance services in Cwmbran and the surrounding areas. Since then we have grown to take on local contracts for housing associations, private businesses as well as many local customers. Rest assured that we, Reactive Property Maintenance will provide an outstanding service for you and your home.

Ashley Hennah - Operations Manager

Before I started working at Reactive Property Maintenance I was working with British Gas as an engineer. I began working with Andy when he founded Reactive Property Maintenance back in 2014 managing social housing and maintenance contracts.

Being from Cwmbran myself, I wanted to work for a local company operating within my local area. The managerial position gave me the chance to work closely with our customers ensuring they recieved excellent quality services. I have gained the FENSA MTC qualification which allows me to survey and install windows and doors under FENSA guidelines. I will work professionally and honestly with all of our customers from start to finish.

Amber Hearne

I have been with Reactive Property Maintenance since the beginning and have been working as sales co-ordinator and admin manager. I am originally from Cwmbran and am a proud mother of one.

I am NVQ qualified in Business and Admin.

Helen Howells

I have been married to Andy since 2003 and have been working alongside him since 2016 after previously working with accounts for the Probation Service. I am the accounts manager at Reactive Property Maintenance and am A.A.T qualified. I have lived locally for many years in and around Cwmbran.

Jodie Howells

I have been with Reactive Property Maintenance since 2014, working as sales co-ordinator and admin assistant. I am a mother of one and am from the Cwmbran area.

I am NVQ qualified in Business and Admin.
